Creative property and AI policies
I do not use AI and I do not support generative AI
Everything from 3D sculpting, printing, drawing the previews, painting, editing my photos, coding my website and communicating on Instagram is handmade with Love and Passion by a human.

I do not allow anyone to use my Art in any cases such as :
- Using any of my creative properties (sculpts, photos, posts...) into AI
- copying my models (with or without AI) from photos to generate STL files
- scanning my models to generate STIL files
- using my website or Instagram identity into any copying tool as reference (for example Copify)
- using photos of my models (neither if you've taken the photos) into generative AI to animate them or include them into backgrounds / modify the position / change the coat
- using my blueprints (blank or custom) into AI as references. Customizing blank blueprints is allowed if made by a human (graphic pad or paper sheet)
- using any of my photos, reels or any original contents without informing me first or tagging me
- collecting, sharing and/or selling my original STL files without my expressive permission (no matter how you got them) / INCLUDING THE FREE FILES I MAY SHARE
- using my logo / my name in any content without informing me first
- removing my carved signature / painted signature of my original mold / paint job (including on photos or videos)
How to identify my original work
1. Carving into the mold
Each of my original sculpts from 2025 include my seahorse logo carved in a discrete place (mostly the inner part of the back legs).
2. Signature on the painting
Each of my paint jobs include a golden signature representing a letter T into a semi closed circle. The signature is mostly placed under the belly but it may be hidden somewhere else.
3. Authenticity certificates
They are 2 certificates :
- for sculpts : a small one with the blank blueprint, my signature and a wax stamp
- for paints (only on my sculpts) : a bigger one with the custom blueprint, my signature and a wax stamp
